About Me

From an early age, I recognized that I experienced the world differently. While others were drawn to play, I was fascinated by people’s stories — curious about their thoughts, feelings, and the experiences that shaped them. Often described as ‘sensitive,’ I came to see my ability to feel emotions deeply and notice the unspoken dynamics in a room as a gift.

That sensitivity has grown into my greatest strength and my life’s purpose: helping others find understanding, healing, and hope.

Today, I dedicate my work to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your challenges and feel genuinely heard. Grounded in compassion, lived experience, and evidence-based approaches, I walk alongside you as you take meaningful steps toward growth and lasting change.
