About Me

“From a young age, I knew I wanted to help people and discovered I had a natural ability to connect with others in a meaningful way.

I began my career as a Registered Nurse, where I loved caring for people, but often felt limited in the time I could give to those who needed to feel truly seen and heard.

My own lived experience with trauma, and being neurodivergent, shaped my path, teaching me resilience while also deepening my empathy. Also, along the way, I was supported by skilled therapists who helped me heal, and I knew I wanted to offer that same safe, supportive space for others.

After years of navigating life’s twists and turns, I followed that calling and completed my Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. Today, I combine my professional training, nursing background, and lived experience to provide a compassionate space where people can heal, grow, and move forward in their lives.”
